I am recovering from the placement of my silicon implant, and I want this permanent one to heal well so I’m not pushing it like I usually do
There is a lot of bruising and swelling so I am mostly watching and coaching the karate daughter for her tournament this weekend

In this month of Action--which I love!--I gave myself a break by pushing my jury duty into a time after I have recovered from surgery. Action can be slowed so I can carry it successfully
