1yr 24 weeks
There’s my IV port and my daughter’s thumbs up
She is a far better nurse than I would have anticipated i asked her I’d she remembered what @oneltwops Sensei Phil says “do YOUR hundred percent”
She helped me walk so I can recover
So per doctors instructions I walked for 8 minutes
Harder than yesterday for sure, and my hundred percent today
She did jump rope and 8 katas
